I’ve been happy with how easy it is to manage my coffee subscription. If I need to pause it or switch things up, it doesn’t feel like a hassle, which I really appreciate. Changing delivery dates is straightforward too, and overall it just gives off a relaxed, user-friendly vibe.

"Getting mixed signals after ordering"
I ordered from maxicoffee.com because they seemed like a solid, well-known shop and the website looked professional. Browsing and placing the order was simple enough, so at first I felt like I’d made a good choice. But after that, the whole experience gave me mixed signals and I started feeling less confident about them.
It wasn’t a complete mess or anything, but the communication was slower than I expected and not always clear, which was frustrating. For a company that gives off such a serious reputation, I thought the follow-up would feel more reliable. I might order again if the deal is really good, but they’re definitely not my first pick now...

"Coffee guides weren’t as helpful as I’d hoped"
I checked out MaxiCoffee because I wanted to learn more about coffee, but the guides were a bit disappointing. A lot of the info felt basic, and some parts weren’t as clear as they could’ve been. I was expecting more practical tips I could actually use. They’re not useless or anything, just didn’t help me much personally.

I wasn’t totally sure what grinder to go for or which beans would suit me, there’s just so much choice, but the buying guide on MaxiCoffee and the little expert tips made it feel way less confusing, like someone was actually trying to help me pick what I needed instead of just steering me toward the priciest option.

The order arrived without any hassle, everything was packed properly and the coffee tasted fresh, so overall I’m really pleased with how it went and I’ll definitely be using them again...

I’ve found some decent coffee deals here and there, which I appreciate, but a lot of it still feels a bit pricey. Once the delivery cost gets added on, the overall value isn’t always great for me. I don’t mind paying fairly, but it would be nice if the pricing felt a little more reasonable for everyday customers

"Invoice didn’t match my order"
I ordered from MaxiCoffee and the coffee itself arrived totally fine, so no complaints there. But the invoice was wrooong and showed a different amount than what I actually paid. I contacted support, but they took sooo long to get back to me. It wasn’t a massive disaster or anything, just really annoying when you need the invoice for accounting. Please sort out the billing details.

"Easy fix and great service"
I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service and they got back to me quickly. I’ve had experiences before where something simple turns into a whole back-and-forth mess, but this was the opposite. They sorted it out without making it complicated, which I really appreciated. I order coffee from MaxiCoffee regularly, and the loyalty program is nice, simple. The points show up quickly, and I used them on my last order with no hassle at all. I was kind of frustrated because the item showed as available when I was looking at it, so I assumed I’d be able to order it without any issue. I’ve used MaxiCoffee a few times now, and overall it’s been good for what I need. I don’t know why it’s so hard to find consistently good beans elsewhere, but these have been great every time. There’s loads of choice, which is a nice problem to have, and I genuinely haven’t had a bad bag yet. No drama, no weird disappointments, just good beans that actually taste like someone cared

I ordered a coffee machine from maxicoffee.com and, to be honest, I kept wondering if I was missing something because the product page seemed almost too clear. But the description, photos, size details, and specs all matched what I received.
I was especially unsure about the filters and settings, and I probably reread that part more times than necessary. In the end, the info on the page was enough for me to choose the right model without feeling completely lost.
When it arrived, there were no weird surprises or differences from what was shown online, which was a relief. Maybe I overthought it a bit, but I’m happy with the order, so it’s 5 stars from me.

I’ve ordered from maxicoffee.com a few times now, i do like that they make the eco and fair trade options easy to spot. Like, it just makes choosing something a bit more responsible feel less complicated, you know?

The packaging was mostly cardboard from what I remember, and there wasn’t loads of unnecessary plastic, which was definitely nice to see. Delivery was fine too, no real issues there, although I do kind of wish they shared a bit more about things like carbon shipping or maybe refill options.

Overall, I’d say it’s a good shop and they seem to be making a decent effort on the sustainability side. It’s not perfect, obviously, but yeah, compared with a lot of other coffee sites I’ve used, it feels like a step in the right direction.

I ordered from maxicoffee.com the tracking was really easy to follow!! I could see when my order had left and had a good idea of when it was going to arrive, so there was no guessing or stressing. Overall, it was a really smooth experience.
